Seema Desai

Dr. Seema Desai is a speaker and credentialed executive coach specializing in performance and well-being. Her work helps high-performing, ambitious leaders thrive at work by nurturing their well-being and building deeper connections at home.

Desai draws on her cultural background and experiences with Imposter Phenomenon, postpartum depression and being a working mom to bring empathy and compassion to the people she serves.

Desai is the author of the book, Connected: Discovering Your Inner Guides and co-host of the multiple-award-winning-podcast Happy and Human. She recently served as Co-President of the Austin chapter of Pratham USA, a non-profit organization aimed at creating learning equity for underserved children in India and globally. Though no longer seeing patients, Desai is a general dentist who practiced in the Austin area.

Wes Martin

Wes is unwavering in his belief that anyone can be an exceptional leader if they connect to and lead from their values, maximize their strengths, know and care for those they lead, and learn to manage and mitigate their weaknesses. His love for people and desire to help others thrive is what prompted him into his first leadership position as "Lead Camp Counselor" as a teenager, and prompted him to co-found Grovity Leadership.

Wes holds a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. Additionally, he is an ACC credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Professional Coach through the Co-Active Coach Training Institute. In his work as an Executive Coach, Team Coach, and Strategic Planning facilitator, Wes helps leaders, teams, and organizations clarify what matters most and begin taking action towards making the ideal a reality.

While Wes holds extensive expertise in organizational psychology and leadership, he prefers to serve his clients as a collaborative thought partner - walking alongside them to help them achieve greater levels of alignment with self, influence with others, and impact on their organizations and communities.
